If you can’t find Centre County on a map, you’re forgiven. It’s better known as Happy Valley—home to Penn State University, a bunch of uniquely charming towns, and all the nature your trail boots can handle. In short, it’s a place where adventure happens, which is why we rebranded them from the Central Pennsylvania Convention & Visitors Bureau to the Happy Valley Adventure Bureau. Equal parts whimsy and serious business.

And to show the world just how serious we are about being gleefully unserious, we created the Fun Police. Meet Agents Chipper and Friendly, the most aggressively friendly ambassadors a brand could hope for.
Then, we partnered with an illustrator to create a series of print ads that help inspire a sense of limitless adventure.
That fresh branding then extended to all the materials a tourism brand needs… from the brochure that sits in hotel lobbies to postcards to help share your travels, to letterhead to give internal materials a professional touch.
And in the “well, obviously…” category, turns out Agents Chipper and Friendly were absolutely perfect for :06 pre-roll.
